Privacy Policy for GrowWell Diary

The Application obtains and stores information you provide directly within the app. Registration is not required to use the Application. The information you provide is used solely to provide the features of the Application and enhance your user experience.

This information includes, but is not limited to:

• Plant Data: Plant names, photos, acquisition dates, and care details.
• Species Data: Custom species names, care instructions, and other details you provide.
• Planter Data: Details about your planters.
• Journal Data: Dates, notes, and photos related to your journal entries.

This data is stored locally on your device.

To provide a seamless experience across your devices, the Application uses Apple's iCloud service to sync your data. All of your Application data is stored securely in your private iCloud account. The Service Provider does not have access to this data.

The Service Provider does not share your information with any third parties. Your data is stored either locally on your device or in your private iCloud account, as described above.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Your data is protected by the security of your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, by the security measures of your personal iCloud account provided by Apple.

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at iosdev@enigmatracer.com so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
